All Dressed in White....

I was playing around again last night with my Big Shot. I did another all White card. I have a Big Shot special running right now. Need more information??? Contact me!

Using one of the Texture plates I added some dry embossing on the background. I've found if you spray the cardstock with alcohol, you can get a deeper impression. We'll I took my linen spray that is alcohol based and sprayed my cardstock. Now my card has a sweet lavendar smell to it. You could use any kind of body spray or alcohol based smell you like. Make your cards smell sweet.

Don't forget to check out the Ribbon Club or the Buttons, Brads & Clips club. Those are both great ways to give some new products a try without a lot of cost.

If your looking to join a Stamping Club and learn new things about stamping each month I still have room in the next club. We'll be meeting on Tuesday Feb. 24th. @ 6:30pm. I'm looking for a couple more to join in the fun. The more we get the lower the monthly committment is.

Do you love to rubber stamp? Do you want a fun night out learning new projects and techniques? Do you want a FREE class every month? Do you want to make new friends?

Join my Stampin Club
How would you like a night out with friends doing something you love? How would you like to learn how to make the most of the stamping supplies that you already have? Do you want to learn new techniques and make awesome projects? If you answered YES to any of these questions, then a club would be perfect for you.

How does it work?
As a member of a club with 6 ladies, you make a minimum monthly purchase of $25 of Stampin' Up! products from the current catalogue or mini catalogue, for 6 conseutive months.

What's in it for me?
A FREE monthly class at my stampin studio (attendance is optional) where you'll make great projects. If your schedule won't allow you to make it to the classes, it's still worth it to join because you'll still receive all the same benefits. If you cannot make it to the class in person, simply email me your order by the date of the class for that month.
One FREE level 1 hostess stamp set
At leasat $15 in free Stampin' Up! products of your choice absolutely free.
A free Stampin' Up! catalogue
Try out a club if you've never joined one before. Club members may bring guests along to the club nights, however I ask that you please RSVP their spot beforehand so that I can have the appropriate amount of materials perpared. Guests are charged $10 to make the projects. Unless its a more in depth project. Then cost will be determined based on the project.
Stampin Club will meet on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm.

I'VE BEEN STAMPIN'

I had a great day of stampin today. I had the day off work today. So I decided to stay up late last night and didn't go to bed until 2:30am. When I went to go to bed, I had a daughter get up with a stomach ache. UGH!!
I finally got to bed about 3:45am. Needless to say I didn't get up until 10:30am today and I had to drag myself out of bed then.
It was nice being home for a change. I made some Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup, Stamped, Showered, Stamped, Lit the woodstove in hubby's woodworking shop for him before he got home, Stamped, Stamped, and Stamped some more.

The first card I stamped was actually for a challenge. We were to use only the neutrals in creating a cards, scrapbook page or other item. I decided to stick with all white and use the Big Shot. I also used some of the new organdy ribbon we have. That is really nice...looks very elegant. I also usd some pearls from the Pretties Kit. Leave a comment let me know what you think.

This next project is a small notepad. I have some Valentines I need to send out yet. So in their packet I will include these notepads with chocolate of course!

The next couple of cards are done with the Thoughts & Prayers stamp set that I just had to have. I also used some of the new Textured designer paper. That was really nic and heavy like cardstock. You'll see the chocolate polka dot ribbon, that comes from our ribbon originals Valet packet.
I LOVE RIBBON!!! In my opinion a project isn't complete if it doesn't have ribbon on it!!!!!!

This card again uses that new Textured designer papers. I also used one of the new Courdouroy Buttons and the Eyelet edge punch.

I have some other things but I can't share those yet. They are projects for the next Stamp Club that is starting this month. I don't want to spoil their surprise in the projects. Have you ever thought about joining a Stamp Club? Its a great way to get a FREE class every month. I have 7 currently in this club if I can get 3 more it will lower the monthly committment for everyone. It's your chance to try a Stamp Club and learn more about Stampin. Want more information about a Stamp Club contact me and ask your questions!

Here is a Bookmark I made using that Simple Flower Embosslets die and the Little Leaves Sizzlit die. There is also a Rhinestone Brad in the center.

Here you'll see some of our NEW Courdorory Buttons. They are soooo stinkin cute!!! I can't wait to use those on a project. Maybe tomorrow or later tonight.

Card Purse-onalities

I found the coolest tutorial online at Julie Buhler's blog for this Card Purse. So I created the Card Purse using the Valentines Bundle that was on Special.

I haven't created the cards yet to go inside BUT...
Who's to say you have to put cards in it. This would be a great gift bag for someone special. Put some smaller lotions, a nail clipper, some files, a buffer, or a mini manicure set and it becomes great little gift. Fill it with chocolates for a chocolate lover, hot chocolate for the sipper. So many possibilities with this little purse.

I haven't been in my stamp room since before Christmas and it felt good to get back to some stamping.
Hope you enjoyed this project!
